"Yawn, wow im tired" is what i feel like i say every morning when i wake up. I get at least 6 hours of sleep every night but my problem is that i always go to bed so late. Usually i hit the hay around midnight, 1 o'clock, but lately its been more like 2 or 3. Going to bed at this time, all the time, is a hassle and it needs to change. The only problem is that breaking sleep habits can be difficult, but lucky me has a memory foam bed :) This thing is amazing and allows me to get some deep sleep even if it is only for 5 hours sometimes.
